- 5 cups raw rolled oats (about 11 cups cooked)
- 3 pounds (6 cups) Primal Turkey Grind
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup cooked vegetables (or less if raw and grated — may be omitted occasionally)
- 1 teaspoon tamari soy sauce or 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1-2 cloves garlic, crushed or minced (optional)
- Animal Essentials Multi-Vitamin powder to be added with each meal
Yields about 18-19 cups.
Bring about 10 cups of water to boil.
Add oats, cover, and remove from heat, letting the oats cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or until soft. (Don’t stir while cooking or oats will become mushy.)
Combine remaining ingredients and serve.
Freeze what will not be used in 3-4 days.
