- 1 lb liver (use grass fed sources where possible. Check your local farmers market!)
- 1-2 cups rolled oats, ground in a Vitamix or blender until a fine powder… or just purchase oat flour.
Puree the raw liver in a Vitamix or food processor until creamy. Place in a large mixing bowl and fold in the flour until doughy. Roll out onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Cook at 300 degrees F until golden brown, about 20-30 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and slice into 1 inch squares with a pizza cutter. Allow to cool completely and keep refrigerated or frozen.
