We know that life is busy. We want everyone to know that we are here for you and we are here to help. Everyone at Oak Tree Veterinary Hospital is a pet parent too, and we know that having convenient access to our Doctors is reassuring.

Oak Tree Veterinary Hospital now offers a telemedicine service for our clients from 9am-5pm. A $56 consultation fee will apply and credit card payment will be required at the start of the video call.

Live telemedicine consultations can be used for any non-emergency situation involving your pet. We can perform a video examination, discuss your pet’s symptoms and current care plan, and provide access to the Prescribe Care page for convenient home delivery.

We highly recommend downloading our PetDesk app before your consultation. This allows our team to review your pet’s most recent lab work and current care plan during the call. Telemedicine is not meant to replace our in-clinic visits. There is nothing more thorough, or more fun for us, than a complete physical examination by one of our Doctors.
